Any thoughts regarding the theory that Eren impregnated Historia and erased memories?

Finished watching this series, turned out to be really good. Then i rememberd a mecha anime i watched as a kid that was like a mixture of mechas with dragon ball, bit i cant recall the name. Wondered if anyone around here would know.
